Did anyone else note the change in Lissa's life after becoming a vampire?? Other than all the things relating to being a Vampire.
When Lissa was transformed into a vampire she was a 47 year old adult doing pretty much what she wanted, when she wanted. Then she wakes up a vampire! (with no instruction book according to Lissa) However,Lissa received a second shock by being regarded as a child and treated as one!. As if being a vampire wasn't bad enough, she was a baby vampire. I found this turn around from being a take charge adult to being treated as a young child hilarious. I don't think Merrill ever let her drive anything but the Land Rover.
I think Lissa complained about those changes quite a bit ... lol. I think she summed it very nicely as you don't send a six year old old to clean up your problems.
