Who is Demon's King? Reah can't be a king, she is female. So what is the meaning of this title?.
In the days BC (before Connie) the greatest author of fantasy was John Bunyan. My favourite is 'The Holy War'. You can find it free on Gutenberg.

The apostrophe indicates possessive, so it the same as saying Reah's king. I am not sure however who that would be character wise.

Teeg/Galvrin stated he found out he is a vampire King. He was able to compel a vampire much older than himself. So, the "King" in Demon's King is likely Galvrin.
