Okay, as I reread Demon's King it occurred to me that I might be having a bit of tunnel vision. So far I have been focusing on Reah's maternal line, that might be a mistake. Let's take a look Edan.
1) He is his mothers ONLY child - we know Addah is fertile.
2) Marzi obviously has a low reproductive rate ... hmmm.
3) I think it's safe to assume that Addah is baseline human ... after that many kids differences would abound if he was the cause.
4) Edan after a little over five years out from beneath his mothers influence seems to be a different person.
5) We know nothing about Marzi's lineage.

So you are hinting she might be immortal or long-living race?
If there were any Dark Elemaiya around, she might match their personalities. But I think she is not a wizard or warlock because she hired the doctor to give Leah's mother a blood thinner. If she had any power herself, I think she would have used it.
Do all half / quarter bloods show power? Not according to what I read.
Think about it ... Lissa is Elemayan / Karathian Witch / Saa Thalarr mix ... look how she turned out ... without her Karathian part unlocked (possible power boost later???). What If Reah is more than 1/4 High Demon? What if there are other races mixed in?

I think she is just 1/4 High Demon because I think Lissa stated that when she first met Reah. But I agree Reah has a lot of other talents. Are they due to heredity or unique to her? I am not sure yet.
And it is so much fun to speculate. I think that if there was something else recognizable in Reah's genetics then Lissa would have said, but there could be races and powers that Lissa hasn't encountered and so may not recognize. I agree that there is much more to Reah than we have learnt so far.
