I think Charles erased just the memory that he was destroying gods and that he was in the process of killing Love and that Strength was next. He wanted to work with them to bring it all right and didn't need them remembering he was the bad guy.

Something that interests me too is the epiloque of Wyvern, when Nefrigar says history has been written twice in his lifetime. Maybe that can refer to what Charles says about forming the One and separating four times????

maybe Charles rewrote the timeline, because his plan to win over Love didn't work the first 2 attempts?... scary thought huh?

ok, here's one:

Strength/Ashe put Lissa back together (instead of her being reborn) on Kifirin after she expanded her particles to kill the Ra'ak Prince and made her into a nameless one, but he had a hard time and so she had to go to energy every day to maintain her strength. Then Breanne "Changed what was" when Lissa was stabbed by Cheedas and corrected the need to go to energy and the muted M'Fiyah with Merrill.

Does this make Ashe and Breanne Lissa God Parents? ... sorry I couldn't help myself
